Battered chocolate stuffed bananas: a must try!

A genius idea to make a special treat in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 bananas
4 chocolate bars
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) milk 
50ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
70g (1/2 cup) flour 
1/3 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
Honey
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together egg with sugar, milk, oil, and salt. Add in flour and baking powder.
  2. Clean and cut bananas in half, make cuts and put the chocolate bar into the bananas.
  3. Dip into the dough mixture and fry from all sides.
