For a snack or appetizing side dish, try these fabulous fried buns!

INGREDIENTS
320g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
7g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
2 eggs
20g (1 tbsp) of sugar
A pinch of salt
140ml (3/5 cup) of water (lukewarm)
40g (½ cup) of green onion, sliced
METHOD
1. Combine flour with yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water. Knead well, cover, and let it rise for 2 hours.
2. Roll the pastry into a rectangle, top with sliced green onion, and roll into a log. Re-roll the log cut into circles, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Fry each bun in preheated vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
