Lemon Glaze: A Fresh and Versatile Touch for Your Desserts

INGREDIENTS
210g (1 1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
1 lemon (approximately 80ml of juice)
METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl, add sifted powdered sugar to remove any lumps. Add the lemon juice stirring vigorously. Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
2. The glaze should be smooth but not too runny. If it’s too thick, add more lemon juice, a few drops at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
If the glaze is too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar to thicken it.
3. Serve with desired dessert.
