Cabbage cutlets with meat and yogurt sauce: a delicious dish really fun to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage
600g minced beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian herbs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp paprika
2 garlic cloves, pressed
6 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tbsp green onion
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
60g grated parmesan
2 tbsp parsley chopped
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together minced beef with onion, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs, and minced garlic.
2. In another bowl mix together Greek yogurt with tomato paste, dill, and green onion.
3. Cut the cabbage into slices, transfer to the baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top with meat and prepared sauce. Bake at 180’C (360’F) for 40 minutes.
4. In another bowl mix together chopped potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
5. Transfer to the baking pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of shredded Parmesan cheese, bake at 190°C/374°F for 15 minutes, turn the potatoes over, and bake for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley and the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
