Sweet Milk Breakfast Rolls

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 ½ cups) Cake flour
50g (¼ cup) Sugar
1 Egg
4g (4/5 tsp) Dry yeast
2g (1/3 tsp) Salt
140ml (½ cup) Milk
45g (3 tbsp) Butter
Flour
Decoration:
Apricot jam
METHOD
- In a bowl add flour, sugar, egg, dry yeast, salt, milk and knead it. Add butter and knead it well. Let it rest for about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and make balls. Leave them covered for 20 minutes.
- Spread each ball, fold and roll it on each side. Put them on pan and sprinkle with flour. Incise them and bake at 160C for 15 minutes. Serve.
