Crescent moon bananas: every bite will be divine!

INGREDIENTS
Dough recipe:
280g (2.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
40g (0.2 cup) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
40g (0.2 cup) butter
7g dry yeast
Banana cream:
1 large banana
300ml (1.28 cup) heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
Vanilla
Donut frosting:
250g (2.1 cups) powdered sugar
75g (0.3 cup) butter
3 tbsp warm milk
1 tsp vanilla
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut half moon. Let rise for 20 minutes and deep-fry.
- Beat the banana in a blender. Add cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer. Fill the donuts with cream.
- Mix all the ingredients for the glaze. Roll the donuts in glaze.
