Flourless cake: an easy recipe for the most amazing chocolate cake!

Every bite is divine!

INGREDIENTS
:
 
Cake:
 
Dark chocolate – 250g ( 1 ½ cup )
Butter – 180g ( 12 tbsp )
Sugar – 225g ( 1 1/2 cup )
Salt – 1g ( 1/4 tsp )
Vanilla – 4g ( 1 tsp )
5 Eggs
Cocoa – 65g ( 3/4 cup )
 
 
Glaze:
 
Dark chocolate – 250g ( 1 1/2 cup )
Heavy cream – 200ml ( 4/5 cup )
 
 
METHOD:
 
For cake:
 
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate and add it to a bowl. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and mix. Add the eggs. Mix and add cocoa.
  2. Put the batter into a springform pan and bake at 180C for 25 minutes. 
For glaze:
 
  1. In a bowl with chocolate add hot heavy cream and mix until it is smooth. 
  2. Pour the glaze onto the cake and serve.
