Strawberries creamy focaccia: every bite will be heaven!

Here's a simple idea for a delicious treat!
INGREDIENTS

Dough:
620g (5 cups) Cake flour
300ml (1 1/5 cup) Milk
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
2 Eggs
8g (1 tbsp) Dry yeast
100g (1/2 cup) Butter
Filling:
350g (1 1/2 cup) Cottage cheese
40g (3 tbsp) Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
15g (1 tbsp) Sour cream
Decoration:
Strawberries
METHOD
- For the dough: In a bowl pour the milk, add sugar and yeast. Mix and add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and a little salt. Knead it well. Add butter and continue kneading. Leave it for 40 minutes at room temperature.
- For filling: In a bowl add cottage cheese, sugar, egg and sour cream. Mix it well.
- Divide the dough into 2 halves. Divide one half into 12 pieces and make balls. Cover them and leave for 10 minutes.
- Spread the other half of the dough and make strings. Take two strings and make a braid. Spread the ball and put the braid onto it. Put them in a pan and cover with egg yolk. Add filling and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
- Decorate with strawberries and serve.
