Bbq chicken bread: the perfect party idea!

Ingredients
28 oz pizza dough, (800 g)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (300 g)
1 cup red onion, chopped(150 g)
2 cups chicken, shredded and cooked (250 g)
1 ¼ cups BBQ sauce, divided (360 g)
nonstick cooking spray
fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for serving

Preparation
Cut the pizza dough into 2-inch pieces, roll them into balls.
Add pizza dough balls in a large bowl, combine them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add mozzarella and onion, mix gently with your hands.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and ¼ cup (65 g) of barbecue sauce. Add to the bowl with the dough balls and toss gently with your hands to incorporate.
Fill the bottom of cake pan with dough balls. Spray the small oven-safe bowl with nonstick spray and place it on top of the dough balls in the middle of the pan.
Fill the cake form around the bowl.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375°F/190°C.
Remove the small bowl and bake for another 10 minutes.
Fill the bowl indent with the barbecue sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.
