Oven-baked bbq ribs: how to make juicy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
ribs
mustard
1 glass of beer
For the rub:
10g paprika
2g black pepper
20g salt
15g brown sugar
10g garlic powder
To make homemade bbq sauce:
1 onion
2 garlic clover
paprika
250g ketchup
30ml vinegar
50ml water
50g brown sugar
7g salt
METHOD
1. Remove the membrane and spread the mustard sauce.
2. Generously season both sides with the homemade rub.
3. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake them at a low temperature (120°C) for 2 hours or until they are tender.

4. Slather the baked ribs with barbecue sauce, and then grill the ribs for a few minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
