Chicken roll-ups: a super easy, quick and delicious recipe!

We are sure that all your guests are going to love these chicken roll-ups!INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
ham
cheese
flour, as needed
breadcrumbs, as needed
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chicken breast between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken
2. Fill with ham and cheese. If you want to try something a little different, try ricotta cheese and spinach or mushrooms and mozzarella.
3. Tightly roll up the chicken and then slice it up.
4. Season the egg with salt and pepper and beat. Dip the chicken in some flour, then the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
5. You can either add some oil and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or you can deep fry them.
