Panpepato: the Italian dessert to try

INGREDIENTS
50g (1.75oz) walnuts
50g (1.75oz) hazelnuts
50g (1.75oz) almonds
50g (1.75oz) raisins
100g (3.5oz) chopped dark chocolate
100g (3.5oz) honey and 2 tablespoons of water
100g (4/5 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) cinnamon
a pinch pepper
a pinch nutmeg
10g (1 tbsp) rum
METHOD
1. Melt honey and water in a saucepan.
2. Pour walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, raisins, and chopped chocolate into a bowl. Mix, then pour honey over it. Mix well. Add cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and rum. Mix, then add flour. Mix well.
3. Pour the dough onto the baking tray, then shape it with your hands.
4. Bake at 340F/170C for 20 minutes.
5. Leave to cool and then serve.
