Puff pastry panettone: the Italian Christmas dessert to try!

Moist and fluffy, you'll love this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
• 500g flour
• 125g orange juice
• 125g water
• 1 egg
• 90g sugar
• 80g vegetable oil
• 10 g yeast
• 1 orange
• raisins
• Candied orange
• Orange marmalade
• Almonds
METHOD
- Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water. Add orange juice and zest. Add flour, egg, vegetable oil. Knead the dough and roll out. Let rise.
- Soak raisins in orange juice. Cut candied orange peel.
- Put raisins and candied fruits in the dough, knead. Let rise 2 hours.
- Stretch the dough into a rectangle spread with orange marmalade and sprinkle with almonds. Wrap a roll and cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Spiral and form a panettone. Put in shape and let rise. Sprinkle with almonds and sugar.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 175°C/345°F.
