Chocolate sandwich: soft and creamy, perfect for your parties!

These are so easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs, separated;
60g (½ cup) all-purpose flour;
20g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder;
60ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil;
10g (½ cup) sugar;
120ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
20ml (1 tbsp) condensed milk.
METHOD
- In a cold bowl whisk egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk egg yolks with vegetable oil and milk. Add sifted flour and cocoa. Mix to combine.
- Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture and stir well until a smooth mixture forms.
- Pour the batter into a 22x22cm baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 150C/302F.
- For the cream whip condensed milk with full-fat cream until stiff.
- Cut the cooled-down cake in half lengthwise and spread whipped cream on top of one half evenly. Cover with another half of the cake and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Slice the cake as shown on the video and serve cake sandwiches right away.
