Bread cake: the greedy Italian dessert to make in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS
350g of stale bread
1l (4 cups) of milk
2 eggs
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
3g (1 tsp) of cinnamon
3g (1 tsp) of nutmeg
80g (3/4 cup) of cocoa powder
40g (1/4 cup) of pine nuts
200g of crumbled amaretti
40g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
METHOD
1. Add the bread to the bowl and pour the milk over it. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl add the eggs and sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Add prepared bread, cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder, pine nuts, crumbled macaroons, and butter, and mix until all is well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (22cm - mold size) and level it up. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F 50 minutes.
4. After baking let the cake cool completely and serve.
