Fried rolls with vegetables: a dish that will make your diners happy!

Perfect to serve as appetizer! Super easy and delicious:
INGREDIENTS
1 grated potato
1 chopped leek
3 grated carrots
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
350ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
2 tsp salt
600g (5 cups) flour
20g baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 grated carrots
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
350ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
2 tsp salt
600g (5 cups) flour
20g baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a pan add olive oil and fry vegetables with salt, pepper, and paprika on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together milk, salt, flour, baking powder, and sesame seeds.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, cut it and fill with prepared vegetables.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
