SAVORY ROLLS: fried or baked, they are finger-licking good! π

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of bread
8 slices of cooked ham
8 slices of cheese
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs

For baked version
Extra virgin olive oil

For fried version
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Remove the crust from the bread and roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin.
2. Place the slice of cooked ham and cheese and roll the bread on itself.
3. Dip the each roll first in eggs and then in coat with the breadcrumbs.

Baked version:Β Transfer rolls to the baking dish and add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in oven at 190Β°C/374Β°F for 20 minutes.

Fried version: Transfer the other half of the rolls into the pan with hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve pancare rolls all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
