Witch fingers: frighteningly delicious cookies!

Roll the shortcrust into the shape of a stick, the result is unbelievable!INGREDIENTS:
for the shortcrust pastry
300g flour
1 egg
100g butter
100g powdered sugar
sliced almonds
jam, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1.Mix the butter and flour. Add the egg and powdered sugar. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Roll the shortcrust into the shape of a finger. With a knife slice the dough to make the creases of the finger and add a piece of almond at one end for the nail.
3. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Decorate with jam and serve.
