Thanksgiving turkey

Ingredients:17 lb Turkey
½ cup Butter
2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
2 tbsp Thyme
2 tbsp sage
2 Cloves of Garlic
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Method:
Mix together the fresh chopped herbs, grated garlic, salt, pepper and butter.Rub the butter mixture under the skin of the turkey and on the outside.
Place rough chopped veggies in the bottom baking formPlace the turkey in the roasting pan on top of the veggies and stuff turkey with vegetables too.
Bake at 170C/350F for 2 hours
