Egg whites cake: super soft and ready with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
12 egg whites
190g (1 cup) sugar
16g (3 tsp) baking powder
240g (2 cups) flour
 
METHOD
  1. Sift flour and baking powder. Add sugar.
  2. Mix Whisk the egg whites. Add eggs to the dry mix. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a baking tin and bake at 360°F/180°C for 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Serve.
