Fluffy milk bread loaves: how to make them with 7 simple ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

250g / 2 cups flour (all-purpose)
22g / 0.11 cup sugar
3g salt
3g dry yeast
120ml / 0.5 cup milk
60ml / 0.25 cup water
10g butter
10g ghee
METHOD
- Combine the dry ingredients with a whisk. Add dried yeast, milk, butter, water and mix. Knead the dough. Let rise for 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 parts and make them round. Let rise 15 minutes.
- Put them in shape. Let rise for 40 minutes.
- Bake at 180 ℃ / 350 ° F for 15 minutes.
- Spread the finished bread with ghee.
