Fluffy cakes: how to make them using a milk carton!

INGREDIENTS
for 6 servings:
5 eggs
120g flour
120g of sugar
130ml of milk
110g cream Cheese 
40g salt-free Butter 
 

METHOD
  1. Mix the eggs, then add the sugar and steam the ingredients to combine. Then mix the mixture with a mixer until a fine foamy mass is obtained.
  2. Heat milk over low heat, then add cheese and butter and mix together with a wire. Transfer the mixture to the pan, continue stirring, and gradually add the flour. Then add the egg mixture and combine everything with a spatula.
  3. Make Icetray cakes molds, cover them with baking paper. Pour the pre-prepared mixture and bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Bake Icetray cakes in a pan, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
