How to make a fluffy cinnamon milk loaf in a few steps!

Here're all the tips to make a great milk bread! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp flour
• 80ml / 0.33 cup water
 
Dough:
• 40ml / 0.16 cup milk
• 4g dry yeast
• 30ml / 1oz cream
• 1 egg
• 280g / 2.24 cups flour (all purpose)
• 30g sugar
• 5g salt
• 1 tbsp powdered milk
• 2 tbsp butter
 
• softened butter
• cinnamon
• sugar
• pan size 20cm x 8cm x 10cm
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour with water and brew. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead. Allow to rise for an hour. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form balls. Let rise 15 minutes. Roll out each cake and form rolls. Put in the form. Allow 1 hour to rise.
  2. Make incisions. Squeeze butter into incisions and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
