Sweet bread loaf: how to make it fluffy and tasty!

The recipe is so simple!

INGREDIENTS
Milk – 70 ml
Water – 60 ml
Dry yeast – 6 g
Sugar – 30 g
Condensed milk – 30 ml
Egg
Flour – 300 g
Butter – 50 g
Melted butter – 40 g
 
METHOD
  1. Put the milk, water and dry yeast in the bowl. Mix it. Add sugar, condensed milk, egg and mix it. Add flour and mix it constantly. Leave it covered for 15 minutes. Add butter and mix it until it is soft. Leave it for 60 minutes.
  2. Divide into four balls. Spread out the dough and roll each spread ball.
  3. Cut each into five pieces and put it in the mold-covered with melted butter.
  4. Bake at 360°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
  5. Coat it with melted butter and serve.
