Homemade milk bread: how to make it moist and fluffy!

This is incredibly soft and airy!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
Flour – 312 g
Eggs – 1
Sugar – 3 Tbsp
Dry yeast – 2 tsp
Powdered milk – 2 Tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Warm milk – 125 ml
Butter – 3 Tbsp
 
1 egg
 
METHOD
  1. In a large bowl add flour, sugar, powdered milk, yeast, salt and mix it. Add whisked egg and milk and mix it well. Add softened butter and knead the dough. Leave it for one hour.
  2. Stretch the dough and roll it. Repeat that twice.
  3. Put the dough in the pan and leave it another 30 minutes.
  4. Coat it with egg wash and cut it on few places.
  5. Bake it on 180°C for 35-45 minutes. Serve.
