Hazelnut cream panzerotti: fluffy and super yummy!

INGREDIENTS
360g (2 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
13g (1 tbsp) of sugar
18g (1 tbsp) of salt
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
1 egg
25ml (2 tbsp) of peanut oil
140ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Vanilla extract
Hazelnut cream
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg, peanut oil, milk, and vanilla extract and start mixing with a spatula.
2. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Split it into 8 equal pieces.
3. Form the ball from each piece and roll it out to obtain the circle. Add the teaspoon of the hazelnut cream in the middle and close it up. Seal with fork well on all sides.
4. Transfer the panzerotti to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown.
5. Decorate them with powdered sugar and serve.
