Bacon-Wrapped Roast Chicken: what could be more delicious of it?

Crispy outside and tender inside, this is the most delicious chicken recipe ever!

INGREDIENTS
- Whole chicken
- 13 - 16 smoked streaky bacon
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for spraying
- Paprika 1-2 tsp
- Pepper 2 tsp

METHOD
  1. Coat a roasting tray with oil and place the chicken in it. Sprinkle some salt & pepper on the chicken.
  2. Wrap the chicken with bacon and secure it with wooden sticks. Sprinkle more paprika and pepper. Cover the chicken with a foil ( lightly spray a foil with oil )
  3. Bake at 200 ' C (392' F) for 1hr 30mins
  4. Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 15 - 20 minutes till the bacon is crispy and golden.
