Stuffed zucchini: the soft and full tasty dish!

This is the best way to cook zucchini!

INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
Water
Salt
300g of Minced meat
Salt
Pepper
Oil
3 cloves of Garlic
250ml (1 cup) of Tomato sauce

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini in half. Place the skewer sticks in front of and on the back of the zucchini and cut with a knife on one side and then on the other to create small cubes.
  2. In a bowl add the salt, and add the zucchini in the salted water to soak.
  3. In another bowl add the minced meat and season it with salt and pepper. Using a fork, add the meat to the zucchini cavities.
  4. Fry garlic in oil and add tomato sauce. Finally add the stuffed zucchini, cover it with a lead and cook for 35-40 minutes.
