Stuffed zucchini: the soft and full tasty dish!

This is the best way to cook zucchini!
INGREDIENTS

2 Zucchini
Water
Salt
300g of Minced meat
Salt
Pepper
Oil
3 cloves of Garlic
3 cloves of Garlic
250ml (1 cup) of Tomato sauce
METHOD
- Cut the zucchini in half. Place the skewer sticks in front of and on the back of the zucchini and cut with a knife on one side and then on the other to create small cubes.
- In a bowl add the salt, and add the zucchini in the salted water to soak.
- In another bowl add the minced meat and season it with salt and pepper. Using a fork, add the meat to the zucchini cavities.
- Fry garlic in oil and add tomato sauce. Finally add the stuffed zucchini, cover it with a lead and cook for 35-40 minutes.
