POTATO PARMIGIANA: the dish with an IRRESISTIBLE taste! π

INGREDIENTS
1.1kg of potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
650ml of bΓ©chamel
270g of cheese
160g of cooked ham
Parmesan

METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and transfer them to the pot with the water. Boil for 15 minutes and remove from the heat.
2. Let the potatoes cool and cut them into slices about half a centimeter thick.
3. Pour extra virgin olive oil into the baking dish and add the bΓ©chamel sauce at the bottom.
4. Make a first layer with the potatoes, covering the entire surface of the baking dish. Then add the cheese, cooked ham, and a little bΓ©chamel sauce.
5. Arrange another layer of potatoes, then add the cheese. Add the cooked ham and the bΓ©chamel again.
6. Arrange the final layer of potatoes and cover with bΓ©chamel sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 30 minutes.
8. After baking cut a slice of potato parmigiana and serve.
