Pastry braid

Ingredients:
500 g (1pound) brioche dough;
½ cup apple jam;
½ apple, thinly sliced;
½ tsp cinnamon.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
Divide brioche dough in 6 balls and roll each one out. Cut out a squire and cut top left and bottom right half into strips.
Place a spoonful of apple jam on top right half, add couple of apple slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover top right half with bottom left half, pinching edges together.
Overlap dough strips making a braid as shown on the video.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve sprinkled with some powdered sugar.
