Bread wreath: here’s an easy way to braid the dough!

A beautiful and tasty centerpiece!INGREDIENTS
savory brioche dough
tomato puree
150g ham
150g provola cheese
oregano, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the dough into three equal parts and roll them out to make three long strips.
2. Cover them with tomato puree, cubed ham and provola cheese.
3. Seal the strips well and braid them together.
4. Brush with milk and top with some oregano and cherry tomatoes. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
