Fidget Spinner Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Frozen Pizza Base: Defrosted.
Pizza sauce.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Salami.
1 Pretzel Stick.

Instructions:
Make a fidget spinner template out of paper or card.
Cut out four of the gadget spinners using the template.
Using a large piping nozzle cut out 8 ‘hub caps’.
Using a smaller piping nozzle cut out a hole in the centre of each fidget spinner for the axel.
Remove the remaining pizza dough, cover with baking parchment and a second baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C or 450F.
Now dress the fidget spinners with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and salami and bake for a further 5-7 minutes at 220°C or 450F.
Snap the pretzel stick into 1-1.5cm lengths and stick it to the hub using melted mozzarella cheese.
Allow to cool and then place it through the hole in the fidget spinner and secure the other hub with more melted mozzarella cheese.
