Cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls: a mouthwatering recipe!

INGREDIENTS

12 cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Salt
1 pack mozzarella mini

DIRECTIONS
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise and put mozzarella. Pop a stick into each tomato ball. Mix 2 eggs with pinch of salt. Put the tomato into a flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Roast crispy and golden.
