How to store basil: these tricks will be useful!

Here are 4 ways for preserving fresh basil all year long!
 
INGREDIENTS
Fresh basil;
salt;
120ml (½ cup) olive oil.
METHOD
  1. Blend 2 cups of fresh basil leave with ½ cup olive oil.
    Pour into ice cube molds and freeze.
  2. Spread washed and dried basil leaves on a baking sheet without overlapping.
    Dry in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes at 80C/170F.
  3. Layer basil leaves covering them with some salt. POur olive oil on top to cover completely.
  4. Spread washed and dried leaves on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Freeze completely.
    Store in a container in the freezer.
