How to reuse tomato peels in a genius way!
INGREDIENTS

Tomato peels;
Vegetable oil;
Salt and pepper.

METHOD
- Tomato powder #1: Blanch tomatoes and remove tomato peels. Dry them out using paper towels.
Preheat oil to 180C/350F. Fry the tomato skins until crispy, around 2 minutes. Remove onto paper towels, season with salt and pepper. - Tomato peel chips #2: Preheat the oven to 90C/195F.
Spread tomato peels on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Dry them out for 2 hours, flip and dry out for 2-3 hours more.
Blend crispy skins into powder using a powerful blender.
