Fish meatballs: a great alternative to the same old meatballs!

Soft and flavorful, even kids will love them!
INGREDIENTS
400g codfish
3 slices of bread
40ml milk
basil
1 large egg
olive oil
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
garlic
parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the codfish and then break it up into small pieces.
2. Add the bread, milk, egg, seasonings, and the breadcrumbs.
3. Mix everything together until the mixture is compact. Roll the mixture into balls.
4. Dip the meatballs in the egg and then in breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry.
