Larded meatballs

Ingredients:
500 g (1 pound) minced turkey;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp pepper;
1 tsp ground cumin;

1 tsp garlic powder;
½ cup breadcrumbs;
4 pieces of pizza dough;
egg wash, sesame seeds.

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. Cover baking tin with parchment.
2. Season minced turkey with salt, pepper, cumin and garlic, add breadcrumbs. Roll minced meat
into 12 meatballs.
3. Make ropes from pieces of pizza dough. You can make them as thin or as thick as you like,
keeping in mind that they will puff up in the oven.
4. Skewer pizza dough ropes and meatballs, wrapping the dough around meat as shown on the
video.
5. Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
