Tomato focaccia: the fluffiest bread on the earth!

This recipe is a must-try! 

INGREDIENTS
 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour;
 1 ½ cup (355 ml) warm water;
 1 tsp salt;
 1 tbsp sugar;
 6 g (0.2 oz) dry yeast;
 3 tbsp olive oil;
 3 garlic cloves, minced;
 1 tsp salt;
 Cherry tomatoes.
 
METHOD
  1.  Activate yeast in warm water with sugar for 10 minutes. Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth dough forms. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2.  Knead the dough adding a little bit more flour.
  3.  Form the dough into a ball and place in a round baking pan. Set aside for 30 minutes more.
  4.  Make indents using a small spoon. Place a tomato into each one.
  5.  Combine minced garlic with olive oil, Brush garlic oil on top of the bread. Season with salt and bake for 25-30 minutes.
