Tomato focaccia: the fluffiest bread on the earth!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour;
1 ½ cup (355 ml) warm water;
1 tsp salt;
1 tbsp sugar;
6 g (0.2 oz) dry yeast;
3 tbsp olive oil;
3 garlic cloves, minced;
1 tsp salt;
Cherry tomatoes.
METHOD
- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar for 10 minutes. Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth dough forms. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Knead the dough adding a little bit more flour.
- Form the dough into a ball and place in a round baking pan. Set aside for 30 minutes more.
- Make indents using a small spoon. Place a tomato into each one.
- Combine minced garlic with olive oil, Brush garlic oil on top of the bread. Season with salt and bake for 25-30 minutes.
