Mozzarella buns: the fluffiest buns on the earth!

So fluffy and delicious, these buns are perfect for an incredible lunch!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
tbsp sugar
125ml warm milk
1 large egg, beaten.
Some chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
Filling:
Some fresh mozzarella cubes. Salt, pepper, parsley, to taste.
Topping: Melted butter + egg, mix well.
Parmesan cheese + panko
METHOD
- The preparation of mozzarella cheese balls requires flour, yeast, sugar, warm milk, boiled egg, spring onion, salt. Mix the ingredients into a fine sticky dough, then add the softened butter and continue to knead. Cover the prepared dough and let stand for 90 minutes. During this time, chop the mozzarella cheese, and mix with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Drizzle the work surface, roll out the dough with a little flour and roll into a circle, then divide into how many pieces you want. Put mozzarella cheese in the dough pieces, then knead into a ball. Arrange baking balls. Cover and allow to stand for another 30 min.
- Coat blades with butter and egg mixture, sprinkle with parmesan panko and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
