Marble cake: how to make it soft and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
190g (1 cup) of semolina
200g (1 cup) of sugar
500ml (2 cups) of kefir
120ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
140g (1 cup) + 20g (2 1/2 tbsp) of flour
5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
20g (2 3/4 tbsp) of cocoa powder

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the semolina and sugar and whisk. Add the kefir and continue whisking until combined. Cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed add the vegetable oil and continue with mixing. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix to combine well.
3. Split the mixture to separate bowls. Add the cocoa powder to the one and mix to combine.
4. At the other bowl add the 2 tablespoons of flour to even the consistency of the mixture and mix to combine.
5. Grease the baking dish (26x18cm - baking dish size) and start arranging the mixture with a couple of spoons of white and then dark mixture to fill the baking dish. Draw the shape with the skewer stick.
6. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F 40 minutes. Cut on slices after baking and serve.
