Hot chocolate mix

INGREDIENTS:
20g granulated sugar
45g potato starch
50g brown sugar
35g unsweetened cocoa powder
70g dark chocolate (chips or shavings)
 
PREPARATION:
1. Layer all the ingredients in a jar.
2. I recommend layering in this order: granulated sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, potato starch, and finally the chocolate. This way, you'll get beautiful, colorful layers.
3. Decorate the jar with a nice ribbon, and it's perfect for gifting, maybe for Christmas!
To prepare creamy hot chocolate, pour the powders into a saucepan and gradually add 350-400 ml of milk. Stir with a whisk to avoid lumps and let it thicken until you reach your desired consistency. If you prefer it more liquid, add more milk.
