published on 6 November, 2023 at 15:00
INGREDIENTS
75g of bitter cocoa
100g of sugar
60g of cornstarch
350g of milk
60g of dark chocolate
Whipped cream to taste
METHOD
1. Sift the cocoa and cornstarch in a saucepan, then add the sugar and a drop of milk at a time so as not to form lumps, continuing to mix with a whisk.
2. Once all the milk has been poured, place the pan over the heat and cook over a low flame, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom, creating lumps.
3. Once the desired density is reached, add the chocolate and continue mixing.
4. After obtaining a smooth and dense cream turn off the fire and pour it in the cup.
5. Finish with a tablespoon of freshly whipped cream and the hot chocolate is ready!
Bonus tip: You can add your favorite cinnamon or spice to your hot chocolate!
