Hot chocolate on stick: a special gift for christmas!

Ingredients:

14oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate

Preparation:
In a medium saucepan heat the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Pour it over chocolate, and mix until combined.
Put chocolate mixture in an ice cube tray and add wooden spoons or skewers. Freeze for 7 hours.
Add one chocolate cube in a cup of hot milk.
