Christmas tree muffin

Ingredients for muffins
120g Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
30g cocoa powder
150g Sugar
1 Egg
30g Melted butter
30g Olive oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
130ml Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar

100g fresh cream
30g powdered sugar
Coconut flakes
6 pretzel sticks
100g white chocolate
10g sunflower oil
green coloring
sprinkles

Mix all dry ingredients for muffins, add all wet ingredients and combine until smooth. Add vinegar in the end.
Bake at 180C/350F for 15 min. Let them cool.
Beat fresh cream with powdered sugar. Spread it over muffins, sprinkle each muffin with coconut flakes.
Melt white chocolate with oil, add green coloring.
Put pretzel sticks on baking sheet covered with baking paper. Form Christmas tree with green chocolate, add sprinkles
