Homemade rustichella: a fun idea for a tasty starter

It’s perfect as a starter to any meal, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and you’ll only need a few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
pancetta
provola cheese
Parmesan cheese
rosemary
olive oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice a sheet of puff pastry in two.
2. Cover half in pancetta, provola cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Cover with the other half and brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
4. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
