Braided crown: the result is spectacular and tasty!

A delicious savory cake, full of flavor and beautiful to look at!

INGREDIENTS
570g flour
250ml milk
50g olive oil
10g salt
a pinch of sugar
15g yeast
1 egg

Mix all the ingredients together, let the dough rise for a few hours until double in size. Roll the dough into a rectangle and cover ¾ of it with cooked rapini, provola cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cut the remaining dough into 21 strips and braid them. Roll it up, place the crown in a 24cm cake pan and brush it with egg wash. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Everyone will love it.
