Salmon and stracchino cheese braid: impress your dinner guests with this easy and quick recipe!

This recipe is very easy but at the same time quite unique. Few ingredients are all you need to prepare something truly fantastic and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
150g cream cheese
100g stracchino cheese
200g smoked salmon
chives, to taste

DIRECTIONS
First, prepare the herb cream by mixing cream cheese, stracchino cheese and the herbs you prefer, we used chives. Spread the cream on the puff pastry (you can use either a round or square-shaped sheet of puff pastry), arrange the smoked salmon on the cream. Roll it up from the longer side, refrigerate the roll for about 30 minutes. Once it has hardened slightly, cut it down the center and braid it. Brush the top with egg wash (only yolk) and bake at 200°C for about 25/30 minutes.
