Potato and salmon balls: this recipe may be some of the best things you’ve eaten in awhile!

With a total time of only 20 minutes, you'll have a delicious appetizer ready before you know it!

These baked salmon meatballs take very little time and effort to put together!

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Flour

1 cup cooked salmon

Vegetable oil

3 potatoes

Black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley

Salt

1 yolk

1 cup breadcrumbs

METHOD

Cook the potatoes, let them cool and grate in the bowl.
Mix the potatoes with the yolk, flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add salmon and mix.
Form balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil and serve.
