Easy potato balls: with just 5 ingredients!

You can make them in 5 minutes with a few ingredients, perfect as appetizer! 
INGREDIENTS
170g potato flakes
120 cornstarch
40g parmesan
7g salt
550ml water
 
METHOD
1. Mix potato flakes with cornstarch, parmesan and salt.
2. Add the water and make some balls.
3. Fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
