Sauce bombs

Ingredients:
1 cup Bolognese sauce;
2 cups mashed potatoes;
1 cup shredded cheese;
Ω tsp black pepper;
2 eggs;
1 cup flour;
1 cup breadcrumbs;
vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
Preheat vegetable oil to 180C/350F.
Fill ice trays with Bolognese sauce and freeze completely.
Meanwhile make your potato mixture by combining mashed potatoes with cheese and pepper.
Scoop about Ω cup potato mixture and flatten it with your palm. Place Bolognese sauce cube in center. Cover sauce with mashed potato and roll into a ball.
Dip each stuffed potato ball into flour, beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy.
